Updated 25 October 2026. This is the privacy notice for ElementShelf, published from Gurgaon, India, for the website at elementshelf.com.
Operator. ElementShelf, Gurgaon, India. Questions, access requests, corrections, and deletion requests: privacy@elementshelf.com.
What this service is
ElementShelf is a UI component library for coding agents. The public site lists 186 components in 20 design languages. Browsing, live previews, and stars are free. Downloading a pack and registry installs need the Unlimited plan.
Unlimited is priced for the country Cloudflare reports for your request. India is ₹149 a month or ₹999 a year. France, Italy, and Germany are €9 a month or €79 a year. The United Kingdom is £9 a month or £79 a year. The United Arab Emirates is AED 29 a month or AED 299 a year. Saudi Arabia is SAR 29 a month or SAR 299 a year. The United States and everywhere else is $9 a month or $79 a year. You cannot switch to another country’s list. The amount, currency, and region of a successful charge are stored with your plan.
What we store
- Account. You sign up with email and password through Supabase Auth. We store the email you provide. Supabase stores the password hash. ElementShelf does not use GitHub or Google for sign-in.
- Plan. A subscription row stores status, region, billing interval, currency, and amount. Card numbers stay with the payment provider, which is the merchant of record. ElementShelf does not store them.
- Library activity. Stars, and the component and design names in each download, are stored against your account.
- Registry keys. Up to two keys. We store a SHA-256 hash, not the key itself.
- Devices. Up to two signed-in browsers. We store a random device id, an optional label, the browser’s user agent, the country Cloudflare reports, and when the device was last seen.
- Payment events. Webhook ids are stored so a payment notice is applied once.
What stays in this browser
Theme, accent colour, and the fact that you dismissed the cookie note are saved in local storage on this device (es:theme, es:accent, es:notice). They are not sent to the server as account data. Cookies are listed on the cookie page.
What we do not do
There is no advertising network and no analytics product on this site. We do not sell personal data. We do not set a cookie to follow you across other sites.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores accounts and the tables above. This project’s database is in Tokyo (region ap-northeast-1).
- Cloudflare serves the site. It sees the request, including IP address, and supplies the country used to show and charge the regional price. There is no region switcher. That country code is not a decision about your legal residence.
- The payment provider (Dodo Payments, or Lemon Squeezy if that provider is switched on) takes the card, tax, and invoice. They are the merchant of record.
- Email sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading a page requests font files from Google, which receives the IP address that request comes from.
Why
We use the account to sign you in, keep the two-device limit, show your stars and downloads, and turn Unlimited on after a successful payment. The country price is so checkout matches the list on the page. Webhook records are so a payment is not applied twice.
How long
Account, stars, downloads, device rows, and hashed keys stay while the account exists. Payment event ids stay so invoices and disputes can be matched. When you ask us to delete the account, we delete the account data we hold and ask the payment provider about the invoice records they must keep for tax.
Your choices
You can sign out one device from Devices, cancel Unlimited from your account, and email privacy@elementshelf.com to ask for a copy of your account data, a correction, or deletion. ElementShelf is operated from Gurgaon, India. This notice is written against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
ElementShelf is not for children. You need to be able to enter a contract to subscribe. Do not create an account for a child.
